About Let's Go Kosher

Kosher food should be where people are.

Anyone who keeps kosher and travels knows the routine: pack ahead, plan detours, settle for a bag of chips, or skip the meal. Our mission is to end that — by making dependable kosher food available wherever people travel.

The problem

The gap isn't demand. It's distribution.

Kosher food is widely produced and widely purchased. What's missing is availability at the exact moments people are away from their usual options — mid-drive, mid-layover, mid-hospital-stay, late at night.

A full kosher restaurant can't justify the rent or staffing in most of those venues. A compact, automated, monitored kiosk can. That's the insight the company is built on: solve distribution with technology and disciplined operations, and the food follows.

We're starting focused — hot pizza, in New Jersey and New York — because a network earns the right to expand by being genuinely reliable first.

Availability is the promise

A kosher option that's closed, sold out or broken isn't an option. Uptime, stock and consistency are treated as core product features, not maintenance chores.

Trust before growth

We will not overstate certification, locations or partnerships to look bigger than we are. What we publish is what's real.

Operations as engineering

Sourcing, temperature control, cleaning and replenishment are designed as repeatable systems so quality doesn't depend on who happens to be on shift.

Built for travelers

Every decision starts from a simple question: does this help someone far from home, short on time, eat well right now?

Where we are today

Let's Go Kosher is an early-stage company in active development. We are finalizing equipment specifications, advancing our kashrus program with rabbinical authorities, evaluating candidate venues in the NJ/NY region, and speaking with property and concession operators about placements. We have not opened a location, and we are not announcing partners or certification until they are in place.

Coming soon

No locations open yet — be first to know.

We'd rather tell you the truth than invent a map. Leave your email and we'll notify you the moment a kiosk goes live near you, starting in New Jersey and New York.

We'll only email you about launches and network news. Unsubscribe anytime.
