Is everything in the kiosks kosher?

Yes — that's the entire premise of the company. Every kiosk in the Let's Go Kosher network is intended to carry an exclusively kosher menu, with sourcing, equipment, handling and operating procedures designed around kosher requirements from the start.

How will kosher certification work?

Accepted Answer

We are building the program to be certified under a recognized rabbinical authority, and we are engaging with agencies as part of our equipment and operations design. We have not announced a certifying agency yet and will not imply one before it is in place. Certification details — including the certifying authority and the scope of supervision — will be published for each location once it launches and displayed at the kiosk.

When are you launching?

We are in active development on our launch product, hot pizza, along with equipment, kashrus and site planning. We are not announcing a public launch date until the first site is confirmed and certification is in place. Join the notification list and you'll hear directly from us.

Where will locations be?

Accepted Answer

Our initial rollout is planned for New Jersey and New York, focusing on highway service areas, airports, hospitals, transit hubs, malls and campuses — then expanding nationally. We are evaluating venues now; no specific site or partnership is confirmed or announced.

Question 5

Will the kiosks operate on Shabbos and Yom Tov?

Operating policies for Shabbos and Yom Tov will be determined together with the certifying rabbinical authority, and may vary by location and venue. We are not issuing a halachic position here. Whatever policy applies at a given site will be published for that location and posted clearly at the kiosk.

Are these vending machines?

Accepted Answer

No. They are smart kosher kiosks: connected, monitored units that prepare or heat food to order, take contactless payment, and report inventory, temperature and status back to a central operations platform. The experience is closer to a compact automated restaurant than a snack machine.

How much will the food cost?

Pricing is not finalized and will vary by location, venue and category. We'll publish pricing as each site opens rather than quote numbers we may need to change.
