A food network that reports on itself.
Automated food only works when the operator knows the state of every unit at all times. Our kiosks are connected, monitored and managed as one system.
Connected kiosks, centrally managed.
Let's Go Kosher is a technology and operations company as much as a food company. The network is what makes the food dependable.
Remote monitoring
Each kiosk reports its own health continuously, so issues surface centrally instead of waiting for a customer complaint.
Inventory & temperature telemetry
Stock levels and temperature data stream back in near real time, driving replenishment routes and food-safety records.
Cashless payments
Card, phone and watch payments only — faster transactions, cleaner reconciliation, no cash handling on site.
Uptime & maintenance
Automated alerts and planned service visits are designed to keep units available, stocked and serving.
Consistent branded experience
The same interface, the same menu logic and the same look at every unit, so travelers instantly recognize the network.
Compact, low-impact install
A small footprint with standard power and connectivity requirements, designed to fit existing venues.

Concept visualization — not an installed unit
Kosher integrity is the engineering spec.
A kosher food network only works if the standard holds at every unit, every replenishment, every day. That's why compliance is built into the design of the equipment and the operation itself.
Designed in, not bolted on
Kosher requirements shape our sourcing, equipment specification and kiosk layout from the first engineering conversation — not as a later adjustment.
Controlled supply and replenishment
Approved products, sealed handling and documented replenishment routines performed by trained personnel on a defined schedule.
Temperature and food-safety controls
Monitored holding and heating set points with logged data, so every unit can demonstrate how food was stored and prepared.
Cleaning, service access & discipline
Written cleaning protocols, dedicated equipment, controlled service access to food zones, and operating procedures built to be auditable by a certifying authority.
What we will and won't claim
We are working toward kosher certification under a recognized rabbinical authority. We have not announced a certifying agency, and we will not imply one before it is in place.
Certification details — the certifying authority, the scope of supervision, and the applicable operating policies — will be published for each location once that location launches, and displayed clearly at the kiosk itself.
Reviewing us?
We welcome early conversations with kashrus agencies and food-safety reviewers about equipment design, supervision models and operating procedures.
